For CSIRO’s ON Tribe—Australia’s national science and technology accelerator—I led the digital and motion design for a two-day forum and awards night at Melbourne Town Hall, bringing together ~350 graduates, mentors, facilitators, and keynote speakers. I developed the event’s visual identity and translated complex scientific and entrepreneurial achievements into a clear, engaging screen language that could scale across a live environment.
The centrepiece was an immersive opening showcase projected across seven surfaces, designed to celebrate ON Tribe alumni and the impact of their work. I crafted the narrative structure, built the motion system, and produced the hero content to ensure the experience was both cinematic and legible—balancing emotion and clarity while maintaining strong brand consistency.
To support the broader program, I designed a full suite of on-screen assets used throughout the event—session branding, transitions, stings, award moments, and supporting digital content—ensuring a cohesive visual experience across the full run of show. For the inaugural ON Impact Awards, I also contributed to the audience participation component via a custom event app, enabling a “people’s choice” award and strengthening community connection.
A key technical moment of the program was a live on-stage demonstration from Control Bionics, showcasing neuro-based communication and monitoring technology. I designed the supporting content to be presenter-led and operationally robust, with clear pacing, cueing, and structure to reduce risk and ensure a polished, seamless delivery in a high-stakes live setting.
